This page explains how to delete the data Bright on Analytics Ltd dba Trampolin.ai ("Trampolin.ai," "we," "us," or "our") holds about you, including data we receive from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) when you connect your business assets to our Services. It serves as the user data deletion instructions for our Meta app.

2. Data We Store From Connected Meta Assets

When you connect Meta assets to Trampolin.ai, we may store:

Identifiers and metadata for your ad accounts, Pages, Instagram accounts, and pixels/datasets;
Access tokens authorizing us to act on those assets on your behalf (stored encrypted);
Campaign, ad, and performance data retrieved from your ad accounts;
Content we create or publish on your behalf at your direction (e.g., ad drafts, page posts).

3. How to Delete Your Data

Option A — Disconnect within Trampolin.ai

Sign in and go to your connected ad accounts (Dashboard → Connect → Facebook). Remove the connected account(s). This deletes the stored access tokens and connection settings for those assets.

Option B — Remove the app on Facebook

In Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, find our app, and remove it. This immediately invalidates the access you granted. You can additionally request deletion of stored data using Option C.

Option C — Request full deletion

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account with the subject "Data Deletion Request." You may request deletion of your Meta-connected data, your entire account, or both. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.

4. Timeline and Scope

We action deletion requests within 30 days. Deletion covers personal data and Meta-derived data we hold about you, except data we are legally required to retain (e.g., billing and tax records) or data that has been irreversibly aggregated or anonymized. Backups are purged on their normal rotation schedule.
